GoldMine® Plus Accounting for use with QuickBooks (GoldMine Plus Accounting) provides a common interface from FrontRange Solutions’ award winning GoldMine solutions, to the US’ most popular back-office accounting systems: Intuit’s QuickBooks Pro or Pro Premier 2003.

GoldMine Plus Accounting allows you to integrate your QuickBooks Pro accounting data directly into GoldMine (GoldMine Business Contact Manager Corporate Edition or GoldMine Business Contact Manager) to provide a single, unified record for all customer transactions. GoldMine Plus Accounting provides the missing link between the front and back office, placing mission-critical financial information about your customers within GoldMine, without the need for users to ever launch QuickBooks Pro.

Note: GoldMine Plus Accounting for use with QuickBooks requires either GoldMine Business Contact Manager or GoldMine Business Contact Manager Corporate Edition 6.0 AND QuickBooks Pro 2002 or higher or QuickBooks Premier 2002 or higher. (NOT compatible with QuickBooks Pro Canada). GoldMine Plus Accounting does not currently support Enterprise editions of QuickBooks.

Macola Manufacturing Software MasterQuote Accounting Link:

MasterQuote is a powerful link between the benefits of two software packages: GoldMine's client/contact management, sales management, and Macola's accounting, distribution and manufacturing operations. The combined features of GoldMine and MasterQuote can make the selling process more efficient.

MasterQuote has a full quotation system (create new, edit, copy delete, search), with all the information direct from Macola real time. When you create a quotation, a sales activity is generated in Goldmine. Any quotation can be exported to excel and rich text format file, and go through to Goldmine as a linked document. Accepted quotations can be transferred, as an order, to Macola to generate the production process at a fly and complete a sales activity in Goldmine. Also, an email can be immediately mailed to contacts, speeding up the whole process.

Through MasterQuote, you can view the customer information including credit terms, open quotation, open orders, invoices, production orders, sales totals and inventory information.
