Don Farrey, Head Coach, CEO and President
 Don
founded ICON One Source, Inc. d/b/a BlueDarter
Solutions in 1995. Don oversees sales
and operations but he can always be called
if his "team" isn't performing
up to "all star" standards..
His leadership has resulted in BlueDarter
becoming a successful web and CRM implementation
firm.
Before
founding the company in 1995, Don applied
technology to assist sales and service at
his previous businesses. Don worked in the
real estate industry for 11+ years, auto
auction and salvage auction industry for
5 years and as a CPA prior to that.
Don is also an active baseball coach and
a trained Boy Scout Scoutmaster. His
oldest son recently achieved his Eagle Scout
designation and he has another son working
towards Eagle.

web team is composed of Len Neighbors and
Ash White. Len handles design and
project management and Ash is our "database
guru". They have implemented
a wide variety of web site solutions for
many industries. We offer custom design,
Flash creation, database design/ implementation,
search engine optimization and extensive
knowledge about the real estate apartment
industry..
